Mudhol (Kannada: ಮುಧೋಳ Mudhōḷa) ist eine Stadt im indischen Bundesstaat Karnataka mit 52.000 Einwohnern (Volkszählung 2011). Bis 1948 war sie Hauptstadt des Fürstenstaates Mudhol. Mudhol liegt im Distrikt Bagalkot im Norden Karnatakas im Hochland von Dekkan auf einer Höhe von rund 550 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel am Ufer des , eines Nebenflusses des Krishna. Die Stadt ist Hauptort des Taluks (Sub-Distrikts) Mudhol. Die Distrikthauptstadt Bagalkot liegt 56 Kilometer südöstlich. Nach der Stadt Mudhol ist die Hunderasse Mudhol Hound benannt.
