Mugeni ( ) is a commune in Harghita County, Romania. It lies in the Székely Land, an ethno-cultural region in eastern Transylvania.
The commune is located in the southwestern part of the county, from Odorheiu Secuiesc and from the county seat, Miercurea Ciuc.
