Naqadeh () is a city in the Central District of Naqadeh County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district.

==Etymology== Naqadeh is the current name of the town (and county). The former name, known as Solduz (also spelled Sulduz, or Suldouze), in reference to the Mongol Sulduz tribe, may have replaced an older name (now lost) during the reign of the Ilkhanid ruler Ghazan in 1303.
