Nazia Hassan (April 3, 1965 - August 13, 2000) was an iconic Pakistani pop singer and one of the most influential figures in South Asian popular music. She rose to fame at the age of 15 after singing "Aap Jaisa Koi" for the Indian film Qurbani (1980), a song that became a massive hit across India and Pakistan.
