Neil Codling (born Neil John Codling, on December 5, 1973 in Tiddington, Warwickshire, England) is a singer-songwriter and former keyboardist for the popular English band Suede. He is the cousin of their drummer Simon Gilbert. He joined the band in early 1996 to record their 3rd album, Coming Up and co-wrote the album's epic centrepiece, 'The Chemistry Between Us'.
