== Geography == Nevodnoye lies in the Kulunda Steppe to the north of lake Gornostalevo and close to the Russia-Kazakhstan border. It is located northwest of Mikhaylovskoye (the district's administrative centre) by road. Irkutsky is the nearest rural locality.
