Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRC) is a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, having its registered office at Block-III, 3rd Floor, Ganga Shopping Complex, Sector-29 Noida 201301. NMRC is a Joint Venture Company of Government of India (GoI) and Government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP) established for the purpose of planning, building and establishing of Mass transit and other urban transport and people mover systems of all types and disciplines.
