==History== OfflineTV was founded in 2017 by William "Scarra" Li, his manager at the time, Chris Chan, and Imane "Pokimane" Anys. After previously attempting and failing at creating a successful content house, Li then went on to found OfflineTV. Its first three members were Scarra, Based Yoona, and Pokimane.
