Oleg Konstantinovitsj Popov (Russisch: Оле́г Константи́нович Попо́в) was een wereldberoemde Russische clown. Zijn outfit bestond standaard uit een opvallend grote geblokte pet, een rode dopneus met witte rand, een strogele pruik, een zwart colbert, een te korte krijtstreepbroek en flapschoenen. Zijn optreden als clown past in de Russische Iwanuschka-traditie; een combinatie van humor en tragiek waarbij de clown dom lijkt te zijn, maar het eigenlijk ook weer niet is.
