1. A Goth band from Boston, Massachusetts. One Life put out but one 12” in 1988; The Crowning. 2. One Life, much like the phoenix, was born from brimstone and fire -- a fire that burned brightly between 3 local Chicago bands (Close Enough, Morning Side Drive, and Backdrop). Continuously losing members, its life was almost impossible to sustain. One Life quickly turned to ash after only 2 years time.
