Oöliet (Oudgrieks: ᾠόν, ōón = ei, λίθος, lithos = steen, gesteente) is een klastisch sedimentair gesteente dat gevormd wordt door oöïden, afgeronde, uit concentrische lagen kalk of klei opgebouwde korrels. In de regel zijn de oöïden tussen een paar millimeter en enkele centimeters groot.
