Óscar Washington Tabárez Silva ( Latin American Spanish: [ˈoskaɾ taˈβaɾes]; born 3 March 1947), is a Uruguayan former football manager and player. Known as "El Maestro" (The Teacher), he holds the record as the manager with the most games with just one national team.
