Oudenaarde (Frans: Audenarde) is een stad in de Belgische provincie Oost-Vlaanderen. De stad ligt 30 km ten zuiden van Gent en telde op 1 januari 2021 31.650 inwoners, die Oudenaardenaren of Oudenaardisten worden genoemd. Eertijds was de stad in heel Europa bekend om haar wandtapijtenproductie, een nijverheid die haar bloeiperiode meemaakte in de zestiende eeuw, maar nog bleef voortduren tot in de achttiende eeuw. Vandaag wordt de stad weleens de parel van de Vlaamse Ardennen genoemd.
