thumb|225px|A mid-1970s example of the pageboy haircut. The pageboy or page boy is a hairstyle named after what was believed to be the haircut of a late medieval page boy. It has straight hair hanging to below the ear, where it usually turns under. There is often a fringe (bangs) in the front. This style was popular in the mid-to-late 1970s and 1980s.

Paggetto è il termine con il quale si fa riferimento ad un tipo di acconciatura. Prende il proprio nome da quella che si pensa fosse l'acconciatura tipica dei paggi inglesi. Consiste in una acconciatura liscia, in cui i capelli sono tenuti lunghi sul davanti (con una frangetta), sulle orecchie ed arrivano dietro all'altezza della nuca. Fu molto popolare fra gli anni cinquanta e sessanta.
