Panther Chan (Chinese: 陳蕾; pinyin: chén lěi; jyutping: can4 leoi4) is a Chinese-born, Hong Kong-based singer and songwriter. Born on October 29, 1990 in Guangzhou, China, Chan moved to Hong Kong in 2009 to participate in the singing competition Asian Millionstar, on which she finished 4th place and began attracting attention due to her singing ability and expressiveness. 陳蕾（英語：Panther Chan，1990年10月29日－），出生於中國廣東省廣州市，香港女創作歌手，活躍於香港樂壇，於2009年曾参加第一屆《亞洲星光大道》获得第四名，以及於2014年曾参加《中国好歌曲》第一季成为楊坤戰隊學員，參賽原創歌曲為《誰搞的情人節》。陳蕾於2017年自組獨立音樂品牌「自由意志」，正式以獨立音樂人的身份推出屬於她認為真正的代表作《Run Away》及《娛樂人生》，並於2019年正式加盟華納唱片。 陳蕾曾於2018至2020年接連在叱咤樂壇流行榜頒獎典禮獲得唱作人銅獎，並於2020年獲得叱咤樂壇女歌手銀獎，以及第四十三屆十大中文金曲CASH創作歌手銀獎。
