并立制（英語：parallel voting）又稱混合名額多數制、補充制（supplementary member system，SUP or SM），是单一选区两票制选举制度的一种，更接近于单一选区制。从选区选出的席位与政党按得票比例得到的席位分开计算。这种制度有利于大党，不利小党和无党籍人士；如果主要政黨長期以來實力相差不大，可以強化責任政治。
