architectuur.org →Het metrostation maakt deel uit van de Beneluxlijn, die de Calandlijn met de Erasmuslijn verbindt. Het station krijgt daglicht door vier ellipsvormige lichtkoepels. Het station is toegankelijk door de twee lichtkoepels aan beide einden van het station, waarbij er een lift is in de grootste lichtkoepel aan de Parkweg. De koepels hebben dubbel gekromde schaaldaken. De rand van deze daken bestaat uit een stalen ellips, die worden gedragen door zes V-vormige staalconstructies.
