Patrick Carney (born April 15 1980) is the drummer for the Black Keys, a blues/rock band originating from Akron, Ohio. Patrick also plays bass in drummer, a side-project started with 4 other notable ohio musicians that just so happen to all play drums in their other bands. His style in some songs is similar to John Bonham's with "Aeroplane Blues" being one example. Both Carney and Dan Auerbach, the lead singer and guitarist for The Black Keys, record with Nonesuch Records. <a href="https://ww
