Pavlovsk (Russian: Па́вловск) is a town and the administrative center of Pavlovsky District in Voronezh Oblast, Russia, located on the left bank of the Don River at its confluence with the Osered), 234 kilometers (145 mi) southeast of Voronezh, the administrative center of the oblast. Population: 22,384 (2021 census); 25,126 (2010 census); 26,365 (2002 census); 25,905 (1989 Soviet census).
