== Architecture == The architecture of Petras consisted mainly of a palace and houses attached built on terraces which contained storerooms, workshops and living quarters. Two houses known as House 1 and House 2 were uncovered which give insights into the societal practices of Petras. A hieroglyphic archive was also discovered during excavations.
