Phạm Quỳnh Anh (born August 24, 1984 in Hanoi, Vietnam) is a Vietnamese singer. At 4, she attended many kid-arts in Hanoi. At the age of 13, she was in a duo Sắc Màu and achieved minor success with the hit single "Sắc Màu Tuổi Thơ". In 2003, she decided to move in Ho Chi Minh City and signed a recording contract with WEPRO (Công ty Thế Giới Giải Trí).
