== Family == Philammon's mother was either Chione (or Philonis), daughter of Daedalion, or Leuconoe, daughter of Eosphoros, or Chrysothemis, daughter of Carmanor of Crete. By Argiope, a nymph of Mount Parnassos, he had Thamyris.
