Philip Quast (born 30 July 1957) is an acclaimed Australian actor and singer. Originally from Tamworth, New South Wales, he's had a long and well-esteemed career on stage, winning the Olivier Award three times. He's best known for his role as Inspector Javert in the musical 'Les Miserables', famously serving in the iconic 1995 program 'Les Misérables: The Dream Cast in Concert'.
