Philippe Boesmans (born May 17th 1936 in Tongeren - died April 10th 2022 in Brussels) was a Belgian composer. He was born in Tongeren, studied at the Conservatory in Liège, and in 1971 won the Prix Italia for his composition Upon La-Mi.
