Pityopus is a monotypic genus of flowering plants in the family Ericaceae, containing the single species Pityopus californicus, commonly known as pinefoot.
==Distribution and habitat== The plant is native to the western United States, occurring from Washington south through Oregon to the San Francisco Bay Area in California, generally below in elevation. It is considered uncommon throughout much of its range.
