Polycelis es un género de tricládidos planáridos que habita en aguas dulces de gran parte del hemisferio norte. Las especies de Polycelis se caracterizan por presentar una hilera de múltiples ojos en el margen anterior del cuerpo. La especie tipo es Polycelis nigra.
