The main campus is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, quite close to the Milla de Oro banking district in Hato Rey. The main academic disciplines are Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Computer Science, and Business Administration. At the present time, it is the largest private Engineering School in Puerto Rico and the only one in the municipality of San Juan. It is also the Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) in the United States with the largest number of ABET-accredited programs. In 2001 and 2003, the University opened new campuses in the cities of Miami and Orlando, Florida, respectively. PUPR offers Microcredentials in: Business Fundamentals and Principles of Construction Management; Clinical Engineering and Biomechanics of Sports; Cybersecurity Fundamentals in Network Security, Forensics, Reverse Engineering & Ethical Hacking and Data Science Fundamentals in Machine Learning, Data Engineering & Deep Learning. PUPR offers online Undergraduate Certificates in: Cybersecurity (UCCySec) and Web Development Design (UCWDD). The institution also offers Associate degrees in: Land Surveying and Mechanical Engineering. PUPR also offers an Associate degree in Product Design.
