Ponga ist eine Gemeinde in der autonomen Region Asturien im Norden Spaniens. Im Norden begrenzt von Piloña und Parres, im Süden von León, im Westen von Piloña und Caso im Osten von Amieva.Die im Gerichtsbezirk von Cangas de Onís liegende Gemeinde mit als Sitz der Gemeindeverwaltung verfügt über eine Fläche von 205,98 km² mit dem (2.142 m) als höchste Erhebung.
