Pontecchio Polesine is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rovigo in the Italian region Veneto, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Venice and about 6 kilometres (4 mi) southeast of Rovigo. On 1 January 2019, it had a population of 2,191 and an area of 11.5 square kilometres (4.4 mi).
