Princess Anne is a town in Somerset County, Maryland, United States, that also serves as its county seat. As of the 2020 census, Princess Anne had a population of 3,446. It is included in the Salisbury, Maryland–Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is home to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and the Teackle Mansion.
