Sebastian Hoff a.k.a. Promo (and also The Hardcore Brothers / Brian Acardy) was born on the 12th of April 1976. When he was 19 years old, he already had a hit on the compilation album Thunderdome IX - The Revenge Of The Mummy, his alias being Section-8 (together with The Prophet).
