Pula (uttal: [pǔːla], italienska: Pola, tyska: Polei, se även andra namn) är en stad i Kroatien. Staden har 57 460 invånare (2011) och ligger i Istriens län. Pula är det ekonomiska och kulturella centret i den kroatiska delen av Istrien. Staden är belägen i en naturligt skyddad vik vid Adriatiska havet, på halvön Istrien i nordvästra Kroatien. Sett till folkmängden är Pula Istriens största ort och Kroatiens åttonde största stad. Pula har en betydande skeppsvarvsindustri och är en universitetsstad och turistort känd för flera välbevarade byggnadsminnen från romartiden.
