There are at least three bands named "Pump". 1) "Pump was an experimental, pre-electronica, band, active between 1979-93. They released five cassette albums as MFH on the YHR label before changing their name to Pump in 1986 and recording the LP “The Decoration of the Duma Continues” in 1987 (Final Image) and “Sombrero Fallout” in 1992 (released by Plague Recordings in 2010). Pump (engl. für: „Aufpumpen“) ist das zehnte Studioalbum der US-amerikanischen Hard-Rock-Band Aerosmith. Es erschien im September 1989 bei Geffen Records. 2001 wurde es remastert wiederveröffentlicht. Vier Singles wurden ausgekoppelt, die bekanntesten sind Love in an Elevator und die Powerballade Janie’s Got a Gun, weiterhin erschienen What It Takes und The Other Side.
