Puqueldón is a Chilean commune in Chiloé Archipelago which is part of Chiloé Province and Los Lagos Region. The commune is located on Lemuy Island and consists of eight villages the biggest of which is Puqueldón. Puqueldón was one of the towns to receive the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundations scholarship in 2002.

Puqueldón é uma comuna chilena, localizada no arquipélago de Chiloé, ocupando a totalidade da . A comuna pertence à Província de Chiloé, na Região de Los Lagos. A comuna limita-se: a norte com a comuna de Castro e com área marítima de Quinchao; a oeste com Chonchi; a leste com Chaitén, através do Golfo Corcovado; e a sul com Queilén.
