Queilén is a town and commune in Chiloé Province, in the Archipelago of Chiloé in southern Chile. It covers a portion of the southeast of the Greater Island of Chiloé, between the communes of Chonchi, Quellón, Tranqui Island and Acuy Island. For the 2002 census, the population of the town had grown to 1,912 inhabitants, according to INE; the municipality had a population of 5,138.

Queilén é uma comuna chilena, localizada na Ilha Grande de Chiloé. A comuna pertence à Província de Chiloé, na Região de Los Lagos. Ocupa uma porção do sudeste da Ilha Grande de Chiloé, entre as comunas de Chonchi e Quellón, bem como as ilhas de Acuy e Tranqui. A comuna limita-se: a norte com a comuna de Puqueldón; a noroeste com Chonchi; a sudoeste com Quellón; e a leste com a comuna de Chaitén, através do Golfo Corcovado.
