Rafael Jeroným Kubelík (June 29, 1914 – August 11, 1996) was a Czech conductor and composer, son of world noted violinist Jan Kubelík. His works include symphonies and operas, such as Veronika (1947). He was musical director of many well-known symphony orchestras and also of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London, England.
