The Government of Sindh had set a reward of Rs. 5 million on his head. Rehman was accused of being involved in more than one hundred crimes. He was wanted for several serious crimes including dacoity, murder and attempted murder, drug trafficking, kidnapping for ransom, and illegal arms trafficking.
