Reijo Vilhelm Frank (Helsinki, Finland, July 8, 1931 - 17 March 2017) was a Finnish singer of folk- and labour movement songs. “Veli, sisko “ (Brother, Sister) is the name of possibly the best known Finnish anti-war song. It came back into prominence when popular Finnish labor and folk singer Reijo Frank was introduced to the song by Elsa Rautee’s nephew.
