Requínoa () is a Chilean commune and city in Cachapoal Province, O'Higgins Region.

==Demographics== According to the 2002 census of the National Statistics Institute, Requínoa spans an area of and had 22,161 inhabitants (11,378 men and 10,783 women). Of these, 11,167 (50.4%) lived in urban areas and 10,994 (49.6%) in rural areas. The population grew by 14% (2,729 persons) between the 1992 and 2002 censuses. The 2012 census reported 26,089 inhabitants, an increase of 17.7% from 2002 to 2012.
