法兰西岛大区快铁C线(法語:Ligne C du RER d'Île-de-France),简称RER C,是法兰西岛法兰西岛大区快铁的一条贯通巴黎市郊的线路,具有众多支線. 该线路连接西北部的蓬图瓦兹(Pontoise,C1支線),(Versailles - Rive Gauche,C5支線)、伊夫林地区圣康坦(Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines,C7支線),以及东南部的马西-帕莱索(Massy - Palaiseau,C2支線)、(Dourdan - La Forêt,C4支線)、(Saint-Martin-d'Étampes,C6支線)、凡尔赛尚捷(Versailles-Chantiers,C8支線)。线路呈多叉双环状,并穿越巴黎市中心,有多个车站可以转乘巴黎地铁。 RER C线的运营由法国国家铁路公司(SNCF)负责。C线线路除了C1支線以外,都在塞纳河的左岸。
