Richard William Wright, né le 28 juillet 1943 à Londres et mort le 15 septembre 2008 à Londres, est un auteur-compositeur-interprète britannique et l'un des membres fondateurs du groupe de rock progressif Pink Floyd. Il joue des claviers et chante, participant à presque tous les albums du groupe et à toutes ses tournées. Wright grandit à Hatch End, dans le Middlesex, et rencontre les futurs membres du groupe Pink Floyd, Roger Waters et Nick Mason, alors qu'il étudie l'architecture à la Regent Street Polytechnic, à Londres.
