Robin Zander (born January 23, 1953) is the lead singer and rhythm guitarist for the rock band Cheap Trick. Zander had been offered the lead singing job for the band by Bun E. Carlos, but was under contract with Wisconsin Dells at the time. When the contract expired, Zander joined the band as lead singer.
