Rohatec is a municipality and village in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 3,500 inhabitants.
==Geography== Rohatec is located about northeast of Hodonín and southeast of Brno, on the border with Slovakia. It lies in a flat landscape of the Lower Morava Valley. The village is situated on the right bank of the Morava River.
