Roma (bis heute geläufige Bezeichnung auch: Roma-Saenz) ist eine Stadt im Starr County im US-Bundesstaat Texas. Sie liegt im südwestlichen Teil des County am Rio Grande, gegenüber der mexikanischen Ansiedlung Ciudad Miguel Alemán in Bundesstaat Tamaulipas. Ihre Wurzeln reichen zurück bis zum Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts. Die 1928 erbaute Roma–Ciudad Miguel Alemán International Bridge ist eine der wichtigsten Grenzpassier-Stationen im unteren Rio Grande-Tal. Die Einwohnerzahl von Roma belief sich 2016 auf 10.093 Personen.
