RPG Maker, conosciuti in Giappone come RPG Tsukūru (RPGツクール Ārupījī Tsukūru?, detti anche Tukuru o Tkool), è una serie di programmi per creare giochi di ruolo, creata dal gruppo giapponese Ascii, parte della compagnia Enterbrain. Il nome Tsukūru deriva da un misto tra tsukuru (作る), che significa "creare" e tsūru (ツール), la traduzione fonetica del termine inglese "tool". RPG Maker è stato distribuito inizialmente in Giappone, successivamente ad Hong-Kong e in Cina. Esistono due categorie del tool: RPG Maker per computer e RPG Maker per console.
