In ancient Roman religion, Rumīna, Rumilia or Rumia, also known as Dīva Rumīna, was a goddess who protected breastfeeding mothers, and possibly nursing infants. Her domain extended to protecting animal mothers, not just human ones. As one of the indigitamenta, Rumina lacked the elaborate mythology and personality of later Roman deities, and was instead a more abstract, numinous entity.

Rumina era una dea della religione romana che proteggeva le donne allattanti (rumis o ruma era parola arcaica per indicare la mammella d'un animale: cf. Plinio N.H. 15,77). Il suo tempio era ai piedi del Colle palatino, adiacente al fico ruminale, un albero di fico in cui si credeva che la fatidica lupa avesse allattato i fondatori di Roma: Romolo e Remo. In onore della dea si offriva principalmente latte.
