Ruusmäe is a village in Rõuge Parish, Võru County, in southeastern Estonia. From 1991 to 2017 (until the administrative reform of Estonian municipalities) it was in Haanja Parish.
==Rogosi manor== left|thumb|Rogosi manor in Ruusmäe village, view from the courtyard Rogosi estate () in Ruusmäe village was founded circa 1600, during the Polish time, by the Polish nobleman Stanisław Rogoziński. This first edifice was probably made of wood and smaller than the presently visible main building.
