== Geography == Ruzheynikovsky is located in steppe, on the Khopyorsko-Buzulukskaya Plain, near the Ruzheynikov Pond, 8 km northeast of Novonikolayevsky (the district's administrative centre) by road. Komsomolsky is the nearest rural locality.
