AI overview

A saddle is a piece of equipment placed on a horse's back to provide a comfortable and secure seat for a rider. Saddles vary significantly across cultures and riding styles—from ornate Ottoman designs to practical Western saddles—and have been important enough throughout history that notable examples are preserved in museums worldwide.
