Sainte-Adèle () is a municipality in Quebec, Canada, and it is part of the Les Pays-d'en-Haut Regional County Municipality. It lies on Route 117 about north-west of Montreal. Its tourism-based economy centres on its skiing and hotel industry. Sainte-Adèle had a population of 14,010 as of 2021.

Sainte-Adèle zostało nazwane na część Adeli z Pfalzel. Liczba mieszkańców Sainte-Adèle wynosi 10 634. Język francuski jest językiem ojczystym dla 89,6%, angielski dla 5,4% mieszkańców (2006).
